This would be a great time to express your ailments, discuss your challenges, share your previous medical history, any Doctors referral notes you might have including imaging and a list of your medication.
- The therapist will then complete a detailed objective assessment to better understand your ailments or challenges. This may include a joint assessment, gait analysis, falls risk, spine alignment, mobility assessment and more.
- The therapist will then start treatment to assist you in achieving your individualized goal. This may include soft tissue work, taping, acupuncture, joint mobilization techniques, and exercise therapy.
