Kristine graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation. Kristine is trained with exercise prescription, soft tissue release and myofascial release.

In addition, Kristine is trained with custom knee braces and is a Certified compression sock specialist from Sigvaris. She enjoys working in senior rehabilitation and with motor vehicle or sport injuries.
