Alanna graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and is registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).

Alanna is passionate about helping people return to work and activities of daily living by overcoming injuries through active rehab. In her free time, she is usually enjoying her time outdoors in the mountains or at the beach with her dog.
